2021 SAT/ACT Test Dates and Deadlines

Hoping to take the SAT or ACT this year? Read on for the details on 2021 test dates and registration deadlines for both tests.

SAT Test Dates and Deadlines

As I write this, the College Board has only released details on the May and June administrations. See the table below for more information. After the table, you’ll find “Anticipated Test Dates” for later this year. I’ll try to update this post to include details on those dates as they come out.

Anticipated Test Dates:

  • August 28, 2021

  • October 2, 2021

  • November 6, 2021

  • December 4, 2021

ACT Test Dates and Deadlines

ACT administrators, on the other hand, have released details for every test date this year. See the table below for more information, and note that there is a “Photo Upload Deadline” for each test date. I recommend simply uploading your photo upon registration so you don’t forget to do it later on.

Once you’ve decided on which date(s) to choose, check out another blog post with detailed instructions on how to register online for both tests.

You’ll want to make sure you’re as familiar as possible with the test’s structure and content before the Big Day. The best way to do this is by taking lots of practice tests and working with an expert who can help you work out your weak points and make your strong ones even stronger. Let ThinquePrep help you maximize your SAT and ACT test score with private, professional test prep.
