Frequently Asked Questions...
What is a ThinquePrep student's average standardized test score improvement?
What are the best practice materials for testing?
Which test should I take - SAT or ACT?
Do colleges prefer that students take the SAT or the ACT?
Actually, as of 2011, all colleges stopped preferential treatment for either test. We recommend that you take whichever test better shows off your skills.
How does ThinquePrep distinguish itself from other services?
Well, unlike many other “traditional” test preparation organizations, we don't believe in "test hacks." (If these worked, then everybody would have perfect scores!) Instead, we believe in building solid academic foundations through our holistic approach to test preparation. That way, students can do more than simply pick the right answers; they understand the principles of language arts, math, and science that inform those answers, thus becoming not only better test-takers, but also better students.
How can an independent educational consultant help me decide which colleges I should apply to?
Will you help me get into my school of choice?
At ThinquePrep, we do our best to help you find the colleges that best suit your needs. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee admission into any school. You should always be wary of companies that promise admittance into the school of your choice. No legitimate company can possibly guarantee admission.
