To ensure accurate results and smooth scheduling, the following policies apply. 1. Registration Process All students must register in advance for a scheduled diagnostic exam session. Registration is completed through the provided link and is confirmed only after all required information is submitted. 2. Scheduling & Availability Diagnostic exams are offered on specific dates and times. Availability is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Students are encouraged to register early to secure their preferred session. 3. Deadline for Registration Registration must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled exam. Late registrations may not be accommodated. 4. Arrival & Start Time Policy Students are expected to be present and ready at the scheduled start time of the diagnostic exam. Students who arrive late may not be admitted, and their exam may not be administered. In such cases, a new registration will be required. 5. Rescheduling Policy Students may request to reschedule their diagnostic exam with at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests made within 24 hours of the exam may result in forfeiture of the session and require a new booking. 6. No-Show Policy Students who fail to attend a scheduled diagnostic exam without prior notice will forfeit their session. A new registration will be required to reschedule. 7. Technical Requirements (for Online Exams) Students are responsible for ensuring they have: A reliable internet connection A quiet, distraction-free testing environment A working computer (no phones or tablets unless otherwise specified) Technical issues on the student’s end do not guarantee a rescheduled session. 8. Academic Integrity Diagnostic exams are intended to reflect a student’s current ability. Use of outside assistance (including unauthorized calculators, AI tools, or external help) defeats the purpose and may result in invalidation of the score.
